• Facility liability insurance
• Any additional coverage required by applicable regulations

Scope of Services

• Licensed aesthetic laser services
• Facial specialist services within licensure and certification scope
• Professional support during staff absences, busy periods, weekends, and client overflow

Payment Terms

Compensation is established before services begin and may include:

• Hourly rates

• Other mutually agreed billing arrangements

Scheduling & Availability

Services are provided on a non-exclusive basis and may be scheduled:

• As needed
• Per diem
• For temporary staffing coverage
• For weekend or peak-demand support
